Come and join the Agincare family as a Deputy Manager working across our Supported Living services in Leicestershire, Staffordshire and Nottinghamshire (Retford).

Our services across Leicestershire and Staffordshire are small, person-centred homes supporting a maximum of five people in each service, enabling a personalised and high-quality approach to care. In Leicestershire, two of the services are located close together, with a third service based in the LE5 area. In Staffordshire, the services are located in the DE13 and DE15 areas and are within a 15-minute drive of each other. This role also covers a home in Nottinghamshire DN22 and a home in Stoke, ST9.

Our services support people with learning disabilities as a primary need, with some individuals also having dual diagnoses including mental health conditions and physical disabilities, helping them to live as independently as possible and achieve their personal goals. As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Registered Manager to provide leadership and oversight across the services, ensuring the people we support receive high-quality, person-centred care that is tailored to their individual needs and aspirations.
