They're looking for an ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team. Previous recruitment experience isn't necessary – they're more interested in your attitude, work ethic and desire to succeed. The Role

Build relationships with clients and candidates across policy, public affairs and communications.

Identify and approach talented professionals, matching them with the right opportunities.

Develop new business through proactive outreach, networking and relationship-building.

Manage the recruitment process from initial conversations through to successful placements.

Work towards targets, earn uncapped commission and take control of your career progression.
