to join their team on a

temporary-permanent

Assembly Operative Job Details & Benefits; Monday-Friday 6am-2pm or 8am-4pm £12.71 per hour Weekly pay Referral scheme Company pension scheme Free parking Assembly Operative Job Details; Mechanical assembly of enclosures and assemblies Using hand tools including screwdrivers, torque screwdrivers, and torque wrenches Applying Loctite and other assembly materials correctly Following assembly instructions and build documentation Ensuring products are assembled carefully without scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage Carrying out visual checks throughout assembly Maintaining a clean and organised work area Supporting continuous improvement within the department Following company quality procedures and health & safety requirements Assembly Operative Person Specification; Previous Assembly experience is desirable Previous experience using hand tools including screwdrivers, torque screwdrivers, and torque wrenches Able to following assembly instructions Have a careful eye for details and be able to query any inconsistencies with products Must be able to follow company quality procedures and health & safety requirements
