Role: Care Home Manager Location: Thetford, Norfolk Hours: Full Time Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum DOE We are recruiting for a passionate and experienced Care Home Manager to lead a well-established 31-bed Dementia and Mental Health service in Thetford. Leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated staff team. Managing budgets, occupancy levels, and operational performance. Building positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external stakeholders. Driving continuous improvement and maintaining excellent standards across the service.
