Permanent Position | Company Van & Fuel Card Provided Are you an experienced Damp & Mould Operative looking for a secure, long-term opportunity within the social housing sector? We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused operative to join a dedicated repairs and maintenance team delivering damp, mould, condensation, and property preservation works across occupied and void social housing properties. This is a permanent position offering a company van, fuel card, and the opportunity to work with a well-established organisation committed to improving residents' homes and living conditions. Duties & Responsibilities * Carry out damp and mould treatment works within occupied and void properties * Identify and diagnose causes of damp, mould growth, and condensation issues * Complete mould wash treatments and anti-fungal applications * Remove and replace damaged plasterboard, ceilings, and wall finishes affected by damp and mould * Carry out patch plastering, skimming, and making-good works * Apply damp-proof treatments and associated remedial works * Undertake decoration works following damp and mould treatments * Improve ventilation by installing or replacing extractor fans, air bricks, and passive ventilation systems where required * Carry out minor carpentry repairs, including skirting boards, architraves, and timber affected by moisture damage * Replace silicone and sealants around kitc...
