We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade of a beautiful hotel in Swanage. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a stunning coastal setting while developing your pastry skills within a professional and supportive kitchen team.

The Role\n
Preparing and presenting high-quality desserts, pastries and baked goods
\n
Assisting with menu development and seasonal specials
\n
Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards
\n
Managing stock levels and reducing waste within the pastry section
\n
Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained at all times
\n
Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver an outstanding guest experience
About You\n
✔️ Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie looking to progress
\n
✔️ Passionate about pastry, baking and dessert creation
\n
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and presentation
\n
✔️ Organised, reliable and able to perform under pressure
\n
✔️ Positive attitude and strong team spirit
\n
✔️ Due to the live-in accommodation being off-site, a driving licence and own transport are essential
