Leading Hand - MHE Goods In At VOW, part of the EVO Group, we're looking for a motivated and experienced Leading Hand to help drive performance within our Goods In operation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll support the Warehouse Supervisor, lead a team of operatives, and ensure productivity, safety, and service standards are achieved every day. What You'll Be Doing * Leading and motivating a team of warehouse operatives. * Ensuring productivity and KPI targets are achieved. * Allocating work and resources effectively across the team. * Promoting a strong health and safety culture. * Supporting warehouse operations and working across different departments when required. * Assisting with training, coaching, and development of colleagues. * Covering Supervisor duties when required. * Using warehouse systems and processes to maintain operational efficiency. What We're Looking For * Previous experience within a warehouse or distribution environment. * Experience leading or supervising warehouse teams. * Valid Reach Truck licence (essential). * Strong organisational and communication skills. * Ability to prioritise workloads and manage resources effectively. * A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude. * Commitment to delivering results and supporting your team.
