Job Role – Workplace Adjustment Lead The Workplace Adjustment Kead shall ensure an equitable and supportive workplace for all our employees. Reporting to the Total Talent and Culture Director the role requires working with key stakeholders to provide improvements and guidance to our adjustments processes globally. The WPAL provides support for employees to secure fair and reasonable adjustments to improve our working culture. Our client has created a workplace adjustment service which is currently being piloted in two countries and will be rolled out globally over 5 years.
