We are seeking a dedicated Senior Residential Childcare Worker to join our team at our residential house in Netherton, Cumnock. Set in a tranquil, rural location in East Ayrshire, our home provides a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for up to six young people aged 10-18. As a Senior Worker, you will play a central role in guiding daily care, managing shift operations, and mentoring junior care staff. You will help build empowering, trusting relationships with our young residents and create opportunities for them to thrive through positive outdoor and experiential activities.
