Focus on Masterplanning development and Enabling Works projects across all sectors to include Regeneration, Infrastructure, Education, Health, Industrial, Aviation and Recreational. Develop masterplans for submission to planning and Enabling Works site preparation for new Site Wide and Plot developments. Undertake Flood Risk Assessments (FRA), Surface and Foul Water Drainage Strategies and Design, Sustainable Urban Design Solutions (Blue/Green Roofs, Retention Basins, Rain Harvesting, Swales etc.) – for plot, public realm and site wide developments, to appropriate local planning policies and guidelines, Part H of the Building Regulations and Sewers for Adoption.
