Facilities Technician

NRL are looking for a hands-on Facility Technician to support the day‑to‑day running of our clients busy facility. This six‑month contract has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone with facilities maintenance experience who enjoys practical work, fault finding and helping to keep essential building systems running smoothly. Location and Working Pattern This role is based on site. Please note that occasional flexibility may be required to respond to urgent maintenance or repair needs. They’re seeking a reliable Facilities Technician to join their technical support team and maintain safe, efficient operations across their site. Responsibilities Carry out daily repairs and planned maintenance on building systems and equipment Perform fault finding and diagnostics across facilities infrastructure Support and respond to service desk facility requests in a timely manner Work on and maintain FM plant including HVAC systems, boilers, air conditioning and chillers Undertake small maintenance and repair tasks across the site (plumbing, fabric, basic electrical, etc.) Monitor system performance and escalate issues where specialised support is required Ensure compliance with health, safety and site procedures at all timesMust&#...
