Training Delivery Instructor - WE Sensors and CIS Maintenance

Our client is currently looking for a Training Delivery Instructor - WE Sensors and CIS Maintenance to join them on a permanent basis. As the Training Delivery Instructor - WE Sensors and CIS Maintenance provide the delivery of Maintenance of Sensor and CIS Equipment and hardware, to Royal Navy students on their Phase 3 equipment training courses in the WE department. Role: Training Delivery Instructor - WE Sensors and CIS Maintenance Location: Fareham Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Salary: £42,000 Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level. Responsibilities: Delivering training in the maintenance of Royal Navy Sonar systems, in support of the Royal Navy Weapon Engineering (WE) Capability Training Unit. Use performance data and insights to drive continuous improvement across RN WE training, including internal and third-party evaluations. Identify and share best practices to inform quality and improvement initiatives across training establishments. Implement consistent systems and processes to harmonise training delivery across RN locations. Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met, while supporting personalised learning journeys and representing WE Training needs to delivery teams.
