The Role of a Cover Supervisor As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning by: Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials provided by teaching staff. Supervising and engaging students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Maintaining positive behaviour and a productive classroom environment. Supporting students with their learning and responding to general questions. Working across a variety of subjects and departments, making each day varied and rewarding.
