Deputy Nursery Manager – Preschool | Birmingham (B68) Salary: £13.90 per hour Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract: Permanent, all year round Shift pattern: Between 7:30am and 6:00pm Qualification: Level 3 Early Years qualification, held for at least two years About the Role ACR Recruitment & Training is looking for a passionate and motivated Deputy Nursery Manager to join a lovely nursery in Birmingham. Set within a warm, welcoming, home-from-home environment, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional to support the day-to-day running of the nursery, with a particular focus on the preschool age group. Working alongside the Nursery Manager, you will help lead the team, maintain high standards of care and education, and create a safe, stimulating environment where children feel happy, confident and ready to learn. Key Responsibilities Support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the setting. Help lead, motivate and support the nursery team, promoting a positive working environment. Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
