\n⏰ Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:15am–4:15pm | Saturday, 8:15am–12:40pm\n

\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by helping a young person feel safe, supported and confident throughout their school day.\n

\n About the Role\n
\nThis is a slightly different Teaching Assistant role, with a focus on pastoral support, reassurance and encouraging independence rather than providing direct classroom assistance.\n
\n
\nYour responsibilities will include:\n
\n

\n
• Accompanying the student between lessons while encouraging independence and maintaining an appropriate distance.
\n
• Providing a calm, consistent and reassuring presence throughout the school day.
\n
• Remaining available outside classrooms should additional support be needed.
\n
• Supporting the student's confidence, wellbeing and independence.
\n
• Working collaboratively with the school's pastoral and support teams.
\n

• Are patient, understanding, compassionate and reliable.

• Are committed to making a meaningful difference in a young person's education.
\n

Previous experience is desirable, but the right attitude and a genuine passion for supporting young people are equally important.\n
