Service Care Solutions are delighted to be working with a well-established and reputable law firm in York, who are looking to recruit a motivated and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ–3 Years PQE) to join their growing team.\n

\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or early-career solicitor looking to develop their expertise in commercial property law within a supportive working environment. Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor\n
Location: York / Hybrid Working\n
Salary: £30,000–£47,000 per annum, depending on experience\n
\n
Key Responsibilities as a Commercial Property Solicitor:\n
\n

\n
• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, with appropriate support and supervision depending on experience.
\n
• Advise clients on a range of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases and landlord and tenant matters.
\n
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial leases, licences, transfers and other property-related legal documentation.
\n
• Undertake property due diligence, title investigations and searches, identifying and advising on potential risks.
\n
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, other solicitors and relevant third parties to facilitate transactions.
\n

About You as a Commercial Property Solicitor:\n
\n

\n
• A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales, newly qualified through to 3 years' PQE.
\n
• Experience in commercial property law, gained through training or post-qualification practice.
\n
• A sound understanding of commercial property transactions, including leases, sales and purchases.
\n
• Strong drafting, analytical, organisational and communication skills.
\n
