About the Role CCS are seeking an experienced and organised School Business Manager to join a school as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable and proactive professional to play a key role in the effective day-to-day running of the school, overseeing finance, HR, health and safety, and administrative operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the school's leadership team, ensuring that essential business functions run smoothly, resources are managed effectively, and the front office and administration team are well supported. The position is initially offered on a long-term supply basis, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Finance & Budget Management * Oversee the school's financial administration, including budgets, expenditure and financial monitoring. * Support effective financial planning and resource management. * Maintain accurate financial records and ensure relevant procedures are followed. Human Resources * Oversee HR administration and support the implementation of school policies and procedures. * Assist with recruitment, staffing administration and personnel records. * Provide guidance and administrative support on day-to-day staffing matters.
