In Any Event UK is a leading, independent event management and venue finding agency, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and motivated Event Co-ordinator to join our growing team in Portishead. We're looking for someone who loves a challenge, has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and wants to be part of a team that makes amazing events happen! From conferences and exhibitions to product launches and corporate events, you'll be involved in bringing a wide variety of events to life – from the initial planning stages right through to being onsite and seeing it all come together. THE ROLE This is a varied, fast-paced and hands-on position where you'll be involved in: * Event Planning & Co-ordination – Supporting the planning and delivery of conferences, exhibitions, corporate events and product launches. * Delegate Registration – Managing event registrations, booking systems, delegate communications and joining instructions. * Event Logistics – Liaising with venues and suppliers, organising event materials, signage, catering, accommodation and AV requirements. * Client & Supplier Relationships – Communicating with clients, attending meetings and ensuring every detail is covered. * Sponsorship & Sales &ndas...
