Customer Service Specialist | Cambridgeshire | £30-32,000 per annum Gecko Travel Recruitment are delighted to be working with a Luxury Travel business who are looking for a multilingual Customer Service Specialist to join their team. The Role: As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing bookings, amendments and special requests, answering telephone and email enquiries, resolving issues, responding to reviews and feedback, and working closely with colleagues to support day-to-day operations. The role also involves translating villa descriptions, website content and marketing materials from English into your native language. You'll work as part of a multicultural team who pride themselves on offering a first-class customer experience.
