People Manager / HR Manager - Luxury Hotel - Bath

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate People Manager to join the senior leadership team of a beautiful luxury hotel in the heart of Bath.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an established HR professional or an experienced Senior HR Advisor looking to take the next step in their career. We would particularly welcome applications from HR Advisors who have built up several years of experience within a quality hotel environment and are ready to take ownership of the people function.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in shaping the employee experience, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, training, development and engagement.
This is a fully on-site position, ideal for someone who enjoys being visible within the hotel, building strong relationships with employees and working closely with the operational management team.
