\n CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider on a prestigious estate portfolio in the West End, covering Piccadilly, St James's and Mayfair. The successful candidate will be the lead engineer, mobile across a cluster of up to 25 buildings and working with an established team of between 8 and 12 engineers. In return, the company is offering a permanent position at £53,000 on a Monday to Friday day pattern.\n

Key Duties & Responsibilities\n
\n
\n

\n
• Lead engineer for a cluster of up to 25 buildings, supporting a team of 8 - 12 engineers
\n
• Planned and reactive maintenance across the cluster
\n
• Maintenance of AHUs and FCUs, including filter changes and cleaning
\n
• Water treatment temperature checks
\n
• Monitoring the BMS
\n
• Escorting subcontractors on site
\n
• Keeping site log books up to date
\n

• Mobile across the West End / St James' / Picadilly areas

• 25 days holiday + bank holidays

• Foot mobile role (no vehicle required)

Requirements\n
\n
\n

\n
• Recognised electrical or mechanical trade qualification - Essential (Level 3)
\n
• Must be able to provide copies of relevant trade certificates
\n
• Senior or lead engineer experience in commercial building maintenance
\n
• Multi-skilled, with strong fault-finding skills
\n
• Good communication skills and a client-facing manner
\n
