Customer Service Administrator

Our client based in Slough requires a temp to work with the customer service and warehouse team for approx. 2-3 months. This will be a full time position Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. There is plenty of parking onsite and it is close to the station.

Key responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls
• Responding to customer emails
• Picking and packing small orders
• Liaising with the warehouse and customer services daily
• Following up on repairs and part orders

We are looking for someone with strong administration skills and experience combined with some warehouse duties.
