You will be supported by Emily Kramer, your dedicated education consultant, who brings 15 years of experience working within education recruitment and supporting staff in local schools. The Role: Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment Supporting students to stay on task and engaged What We're Looking For: Experience working with secondary-aged pupils (schools, youth work, tutoring, coaching, etc.) Strong communication and classroom management skills A flexible, reliable, and confident approach An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) What We Offer: Ad hoc daily work to fit around your availability Competitive daily rates £100 joining fee once cleared for work Referral bonuses of up to £250 for recommending friends or colle...
