Role and Responsibilities: * Provide direct patient care under the supervision of healthcare professionals within NHS hospitals and Care homes. * Assist patients with daily activities such as mobility, personal hygiene, and feeding. * Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to senior healthcare staff. * Ensure the cleanliness and comfort of patients, maintaining a safe environment. * Work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care. * Follow all infection control and health and safety protocols.
