This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a meaningful difference in Key Stage 2. The role combines targeted small-group intervention with general classroom support, allowing you to build strong relationships with pupils while contributing to progress across the wider class. You will work alongside an experienced Teaching Assistant to deliver an alternative learning programme for a small group of four children, before supporting the Year 4 teacher with day-to-day classroom learning.
