Senior Agile Delivery Manager

On behalf of the Infected Blood Compensation Authority we are looking for a Senior Agile Delivery Manager (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract. Hybrid working with 2-3 days per week in Newcastle.

As a Senior Agile Delivery Manager you will work with your team to champion agile and lean ways of working and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

This role involves:

- Helping your team collaborate effectively in a fast paced, transparent, multi-disciplined environment that is working at scale with multiple delivery teams.

- Being core at breaking down barriers for your team, and both planning at a higher level and getting into the details to make things happen, whilst working on unblocking dependencies with other teams.

- Being an active member of the delivery community of practice sharing and learning with others

As a Senior Agile Delivery Manager your main responsibilities will be to:
* Lead delivery across complex programmes involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
* Champion Agile and Lean principles, driving continuous improvement across teams.
* Help multidisciplinary teams plan, organise and deliver work effectively.
* Remove blockers and manage dependencies to keep delivery on track.
* Provide meaningful delivery metrics and reporting to support informed decision-making.
