Junior Mechanical Plumber – FM Service Provider - Manufacturing Environment – Peterborough – Up to £35,000 + Package An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Peterborough has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a multi-skilled Maintenance Plumber based in a manufacturing environment. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000, overtime, and progression to become a fully-fledged mechanical engineer In return, my client is offering a very competitive package including: * A basic salary of up to £35,000 * Plenty of overtime * 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays * Company Pension Scheme * Excellent career progression opportunities Hours of work * Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00 Key duties & Responsibilities * Monitor mechanical plant * Plumbing work (Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc) * Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings * Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) * Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) * Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc) * General building fabric * Escort specialist subcontractors Requirements * Mechanically or Plumbing qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 * Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates * A proven track record in commercial building maintenance * Multi-skilled * Good communication skills * Client Facing Please send your CV to Archie Reed of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on the role !
