Job role We are currently recruiting a Waking Night Supervisor to join our Night Supervisor team at Wilds Lodge. The appointed person will: ● Remain awake and vigilant for the duration of each shift between the hours of 9.45pm and 8.15am. ● Be trustworthy, reliable and ensure good communication with the Care Team and Designated Safeguarding Lead if required ● Ensure that all tasks are completed on each shift that a full and thorough handover takes place at the end of the shift. ● Tour all areas of the houses on a regular basis and report irregularities to the relevant person on shift. ● Ensure all access to the building is secure as required by school policy and procedure ● Perform any related security duties as required overnight ● Complete all incident reports and distribute to relevant departments ● Ensuring the home en...
