Nights Warehouse Manager

Noble Recruiting have a wonderful opportunity for you, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join an established team on Nights in Hemel Hempstead.

Salary: £44,000 per annum circa

This is a permanent, full time position based on site.

This is a wonderful opportunity to take full autonomy of the Warehouse during the Night shift and oversee operations run smoothly, whilst managing a team of 8-10 staff. It is a hands-on and involved role so if you enjoy being proactive and forward, planning as well and supporting picking on a forklift when needed this is for you! It is an up-to-date and well-equipped Warehousing environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and oversee all staffing and operations on the night shift - delegate to Supervisor and hook ups with your team daily.
• This is a fast-paced and vibrant working environment for the night shift.
• Ensure pick loads, KPI's and deadlines are met in line with Customer order requests.
• Manage loads and final checks prior to loading for any damaged or defect stock....
