We're partnering with an innovative software organisation undergoing a major transformation, evolving its product portfolio while embracing an AI-first future. As Head of UX / PX, you'll play a critical leadership role, owning the experience strategy across a suite of established products while helping drive the transition towards next-generation, AI-powered experiences. This is far more than a design management role. We're looking for a hands-on design leader who combines exceptional product design expertise with the ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders and champion outstanding user experiences at scale. The Opportunity You'll lead experience design across multiple product areas, ensuring consistency, quality and customer-centric thinking while supporting a business-wide shift towards AI-native products and ways of working. Working closely with Product, Engineering and senior stakeholders, you'll help shape the future direction of digital experiences while maintaining and enhancing an established product portfolio used by customers globally.
