Key Responsibilities

• Supporting experienced fee earners with day-to-day property transactions.
• Assisting with residential conveyancing and property investment matters.
• Gaining exposure to bridging finance and specialist property lending.
• Developing an understanding of property law, transaction processes and relevant documentation.
• Liaising professionally with clients and other parties involved in transactions.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring files are organised and progressed efficiently.
• Taking on additional responsibilities as your technical knowledge and experience develop.
• Working towards the ability to manage your own caseload independently.
