The Home
Carlisle Court is a purpose built residential care home in County Antrim, Belfast. The newly refurbished home will operate independently to the nursing home, City View Court. The home benefits from 60 en-suite bedrooms, enclosed gardens and courtyards.
Here at Carlisle Court, we offer professional, person-centred residential care that focuses on betterment, rehabilitation and maximum independence.
The home has communal spaces, including large lounges, dining areas, kitchenettes and quiet spaces. Residents are welcome to bring their own home accessories and furniture. Facilities are designed to enable residents to be as independent as possible with the assistance of 24-hour care.
With views across the North of the city, Carlisle Court is positioned in the heart of North and West Belfast and aims to ensure residents remain part of the wider community, with a focus on occupational activity, volunteering and partnership.
About the role:
As a Care Team Leader at Kathryn Homes, you will be all about professionalism, kindness, and compassion. The Care Team Leader role requires you to plan and provide high-quality care that makes our residents feel safe, respected, and independent.
You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring they keep up with the highest care standards. Keeping accurate records and communicating well with colleagues are key parts of your role.
Our Care Team Leaders also support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, giving physical, social, and emotional care to residents. You will handle medication and make sure everything is in order with medication audits.

We are seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader who excels in person-centred care planning, possesses expertise in dementia care, and has experience of leading teams to deliver exceptional care. The ideal Care Team Leader will exude a positive energy, be competent in building strong relationships, and demonstrate outstanding organisational skills.
