Location: Evesham, Worcestershire (WR11 1DP)\n
\n We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and knowledgeable Teacher of Psychology to join a thriving educational setting in Evesham on a full-time, indefinite basis with an immediate start.\n
\n The successful candidate will predominantly teach Psychology at KS4 and KS5, alongside Criminology and a small allocation of other subjects as required. This is an excellent opportunity for an inspiring teacher who is passionate about student achievement and dedicated to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.\n
\n Key Responsibilities\n

\n
• Teach Psychology across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.
\n
• Deliver Criminology courses to post-16 learners.
\n
• Teach a small number of additional subjects where appropriate.
\n
• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that inspire learners.
\n
• Assess, monitor and report on student progress.
\n
• Support students to achieve their full academic potential.
\n
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school or college.
\n

Person Specification\n

\n
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
\n
• Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5.
\n
• Experience teaching Criminology is desirable but not essential.
\n
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
\n
• A commitment to raising standards and improving outcomes for all learners.
\n
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
\n
