Head of Workplace Experience We are looking for an exceptional Head of Workplace Experience to lead the next chapter of workplace experience for a leading UK organisation. This is a senior and highly visible leadership role, responsible for implementing and embedding the workplace experience strategy across three main sites and three micro sites. Leading a national team of approximately 35 colleagues, you will bring together people, culture, hospitality, workplace services and customer experience to create workplaces where colleagues feel welcomed, connected and inspired. The Opportunity As Head of Workplace Experience, you will lead the implementation, delivery and continued development of the workplace experience strategy across the portfolio. You will turn the strategy and client ambitions into clear delivery plans and meaningful experiences that colleagues, customers and visitors can see, feel and remember. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, operational leaders and facilities management teams, you will ensure workplace experience becomes part of the culture rather than simply a service.
