\n Job Description We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trade Operative (Carpentry Bias) to join a busy housing maintenance team covering Bracknell and the surrounding areas.\n
\n
\n The successful candidate will carry out repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.\n
\n
\n Key Responsibilities\n

\n
• Carrying out general carpentry repairs and maintenance.
  
  
\n
• Repairing and replacing doors, frames, skirting boards and kitchen units.
  
  
\n
• Completing basic plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating tasks.
  
  
\n
• Undertaking responsive repairs in occupied properties.
  
  
\n
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
  
  
\n
• Working independently and managing daily workloads.
  
  
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Proven experience in carpentry and general property maintenance.
  
  
\n
• Previous experience in social housing or domestic repairs preferred.
  
  
\n
• Competence in additional trades.
  
  
\n
• Full UK driving licence.
  
  
\n
• Good communication and customer service skills.
  
  
\n
• Ability to work independently.
  
  
\n
