We are looking for a talented and passionate Bartender to join the founding team at Beefbar at Dear Jackie – one of the most exciting restaurant openings in London this year. Beefbar is a globally celebrated dining concept with locations across three continents, renowned for its exceptional food, bold flavours, and a guest experience that is as memorable as it is refined. Now it is coming to Soho – and this is your opportunity to be part of it from day one.

As a Bartender, you will be at the heart of the experience – not just behind the bar, but out on the floor, bringing drinks to tables and connecting with guests throughout their visit. This is a role that blends the craft of great bartending with the warmth and attentiveness of genuine table service, and we are looking for someone who thrives in both.

• Experience in a bartender role within a luxury bar, restaurant, or premium hospitality environment.
• Strong cocktail and beverage knowledge, with the confidence to recommend and guide guests through the drinks menu.
• Comfort and confidence in delivering table service as well as bar service – this is a role that requires both.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to build genuine rapport with guests and colleagues.
