B2B Sales Manager Responsibilities This position will involve, but will not be limited to: Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. Engaging marketing and growth leaders to discuss paid media strategies, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, ROAS, CAC, and attribution. Building credibility through consultative selling, handling objections, and communicating the value of AI-driven advertising services. Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound efforts, networking, and using sales tools. Demonstrating service benefits and negotiating contracts to secure new business opportunities. Tracking activity and maintaining accurate records within CRM systems for follow-up and forecasting.
