Overview
We are recruiting for a Recruitment Lead to shape and deliver a set hiring agenda across the UK & EMEA. The incumbent will have exposure and be able to combine search expertise with the judgement to advise senior leadership and be able to identify exceptional talent engage discreetly and personally deliver demanding assignments.
The Role:
You will work closely with leadership and hiring managers bringing market intelligence rigorous assessment and clear advice to each assignment.
Responsibilities
Own end to end recruitment across investment technology and corporate functions.
Partner with senior stakeholders to define requirements and challenge assumptions.
Build targeted talent maps and engage candidates through direct search.
Develop pipelines for specialist and business-critical appointments.
Guide assessment interview and offer processes.
Provide insight on talent availability compensation and competitor activity.
Manage external search partners where specialist support is required.
Maintain a discreet responsive and credible candidate experience.
Required Experience
You bring a strong recruitment track record ideally working within hedge funds asset management or a closely related financial markets environment.
Personally delivering complex and specialist hiring assignments.
Credibility partnering with demanding senior stakeholders.
Strong direct sourcing headhunting and talent-mapping capability.
Understanding of investment businesses and their talent markets.
Sound candidate assessment and offer-management judgement.
The ability to combine strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Discretion when handling sensitive appointments and market information.
Experience building or strengthening an in-house recruitment function would be particularly relevant.
