Freelance Mechanical Project Manager Commercial Office Fit Out | Central London | £300–£350 per day We’re working with a young, ambitious and growing business looking for an experienced Freelance Mechanical Project Manager to join the team on an ASAP basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands on, technically strong Mechanical Project Manager with a background in commercial office fit out, who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and delivering projects in a fast paced environment. You’ll be responsible for managing mechanical packages across a variety of Cat A and Cat B office fit out schemes, with project values ranging from £50k to £1m. The Role Working across Central London, from King’s Cross through to the West End, you’ll manage a varied workload of live projects. Ideally, your time will be split across three to four smaller projects, although larger schemes may require full-time site presence. You’ll need to be comfortable working autonomously, making technical and coordination decisions, planning your own workload and reacting quickly to issues as they arise.
