- Full-time
Job overview
The Chief Integration and Partnerships Officer (CIPO) is a new post, created by Buckinghamshire system partners to accelerate delivery of our shared ambition for thriving, healthy and resilient communities. Partners have a strong track record of joint working, but have agreed that the pace and scale of change now required needs a single, senior leader whose full-time job is integration and developing our partnership working to deliver improved outcomes for our residents.
Main duties of the job
The post holder is the senior leader accountable to partners for the design and delivery of place-based integration in Buckinghamshire to improve outcomes and services for our residents. This includes the development of our six neighbourhoods as integrated planning and delivery units, the creation of joined-up, prevention-focused pathways across the life course, the commissioning of pan-Buckinghamshire models of care to improve healthy life expectancy and use of collective resources, the shared use of
estate, data and workforce, and the development of the system towards an Integrated Health Organisation (IHO) model. They will also be responsible for the development of a deeper partnership across the wider public sector, voluntary sector and business in Buckinghamshire to bring together the health, skills, jobs and growth agenda more closely.
