What youll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Register buyers qualify applicants and match them to suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings providing knowledgeable advice to prospective buyers
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales
- Generate new business through telephone calls applicant follow-ups and proactive canvassing
- Promote additional services and maximise opportunities to secure new instructions
- Maintain regular communication with clients and progress sales while delivering excellent customer service

- Previous residential estate agency sales experience particularly for Senior Sales Negotiator level
- Strong sales negotiation and customer service skills
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional telephone manner and ability to build rapport
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Self-motivated ambitious and target-driven
- Well presented proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
