Customer Development Executive

The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is currently recruiting for a Customer Development Executive to join their clients sales support team, based on the outskirts of Chelmsford. 37.5 hour working week - Monday - Thursday 9am - 5.30 and Friday's finish at 5pm. 23 days paid holiday, plus bank holiday and birthday off. Liaising with customers and suppliers on a daily basis via the telephone and ticketing systems you will be a key member of the sales support team to ensure that customers are kept informed of their order status and that the team are able to provide accurate information to all enquiries. This role is fundamental to the team being able to deliver timely and accurate information. Key responsibilities include: ● Qualifying incoming calls from customers to ensure you fully understand their requirements ● Fielding calls from suppliers, resolving any queries and escalating as appropriate. ● Creating opportunities from incoming calls and emails. ● Processing online orders, and upselling where appropriate. ● Dealing with all inbound tickets and responding within agreed timescales ● Ensuring all inboxes are maintained and Service Level Agreements regarding Response Times are maintained ● Build customer and supplier relationships by providing a professional and timely response ● Processing Customer details on various customer portals ● Assisting with managing pric...
