The opportunity\n
\nWith winter approaching, Our Client is looking for a reliable and physically fit FLT Warehouse Operative to join the team. This role will initially involve working 4–5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 25 hours per week.\n
\nMorning availability is preferred, with typical working hours of 7:30 am to 12:30 pm.\n
\n
Hours and flexibility\n
\nFlexibility is essential. When colleagues are on annual leave or absent due to sickness, you may be asked to cover a full working day from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Full-day shifts include a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute breaks.\n
\n
What you’ll be doing\n

\n
• Supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.
\n
• Handling and offloading 25 kg bags safely throughout the working day.
\n
• Working effectively with the warehouse team to maintain a safe, efficient operation.
\n
• Providing additional shift cover when required.
\n

Essential requirements\n

\n
• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
\n
• The physical fitness and ability to handle and offload 25 kg bags throughout the working day.
\n
