LRL: Process Manager - Night Shift - £42k p/annum Location: Coventry Salary: £42,012.65 plus benefits Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 18:30-04:30 LRL is seeking an experienced Process Manager to take the lead on a night shift operation in Coventry, working on behalf of one of the UK's largest logistics companies. About the Role We are looking for a proactive, hands-on operational leader to take responsibility for the overall performance of the night shift. Working closely with Supervisors and Team Leaders, you will ensure the operation runs efficiently, resources are allocated effectively, parcels are handled safely, and service and productivity targets are consistently achieved. This is a fast-paced environment where you will need to balance people management, operational performance, cost control and service delivery, while responding effectively to fluctuating volumes and changing business demands.
