Head of Ecommerce

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Ecommerce. You’ll lead ecommerce teams across two sites, with responsibility for growing online sales, improving profitability and making sure both businesses get the most out of their websites, digital marketing and marketplace channels. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll need to be comfortable looking at the bigger picture while staying close to the day-to-day trading activity. You’ll work closely with the Trading Director and teams across buying, merchandising, marketing and operations to identify opportunities, improve performance and deliver commercial results. Key Responsibilities * Lead ecommerce strategy across both businesses, driving sales, margin and profitability. * Identify growth opportunities across customer experience, product ranges, new channels and marketplaces. * Use performance data and customer insight to improve results. Commercial Trading * Own ecommerce P&L, budgets and trading performance. * Monitor sales, conversion, average order value, margins and marketing ROI. * Lead trading reviews and work with buying and merchandising on pricing, stock, product ranges and promotions.
