Sorter (Weekend Work) Location: Kettering Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (Saturday) | £13.68 per hour (Sunday) Shifts: 8-hour shifts (Times can vary) Duration: Immediate starts available until the end of January Company: Fox Resourcing About the Role: Fox Resourcing is currently recruiting Weekend Sorters on behalf of our client based in Kettering. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for weekend work with immediate starts available. As a Sorter, you will play a key role in ensuring parcels and goods are accurately sorted and prepared for dispatch in a busy warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: * Sorting parcels and packages accurately by location, route, or destination * Loading and unloading items as required * Scanning and processing parcels using handheld devices * Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment * Adhering to all health and safety procedures * Working efficiently to meet productivity targets * Supporting the warehouse team with general duties when required Requirements: * Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment * Good attention to detail * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Physically fit, as the role may involve lifting and moving parcels * Previous warehouse or sorting experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided What ...
