Operational Risk Resilience Lead

We are currently recruiting for a Business Continuity & Operational Resilience Lead to join the risk and compliance function of a very established and successful UK based law firm. This role requires applicants to be MBCI certified, have previous experience of carrying out the below tasks within a law firm and be comfortable visiting UK offices from time to time. Your experience will incorporate: *Strong operational resilience and business continuity experience *Strong experience of crisis and incident management, including exposure to cyber incidents *Confidently engage with and influence senior management, crisis teams and executive-level stakeholders *Experience developing and implementing resilience approaches, rather than simply working within an established framework *Are a proactive self-starter who can independently gather information, identify what needs to be done and bring the different elements together This role will develop and maintain a robust operational resilience framework closely working with operational teams including IT and information security so will require excellent communication skills.
