\n The Role\n
\n
\n We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a retail fit-out project in Banbury. This is a four-week contract starting on 26th October, ideal for someone with previous experience managing retail or commercial fit-out projects.\n
\n
\n Key Responsibilities\n
\n
\n

\n
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the site and coordinate subcontractors.
\n
• Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the required standard.
\n
• Monitor progress and manage site activities throughout the project.
\n
• Maintain health and safety standards and ensure site documentation is kept up to date.
\n
• Liaise with subcontractors and the wider project team to resolve any site issues.
\n
• Ensure quality control and a smooth handover upon completion.
\n

Requirements\n
\n
\n

\n
• Previous experience as a Site Manager on retail or commercial fit-out projects.
\n
• Strong subcontractor management and site coordination skills.
\n
• Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.
\n
• Ability to manage site paperwork, progress reporting and quality checks.
\n
• Relevant site management qualifications, including SMSTS and First Aid, preferred.
