I'm working with a client on an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor who is looking for more than just another conveyancing role.

The firm's existing partner is moving towards a wider management and leadership position across the business, creating an opportunity for someone to take over an established caseload and play a key role in the department's future.

What's on offer?

An initial caseload of around 40 residential conveyancing files, with scope to grow.

The opportunity to develop your experience into commercial property, with support and training available.

Dedicated secretarial support and your own office.

Expected initial earnings of £45,000-£50,000, with performance-related earning potential increasing to £55,000-£60,000+.

Most importantly, a genuine opportunity to progress towards directorship or partnership as the business continues to grow.

The firm is ideally looking for someone with 4+ years' PQE, although strong candidates with less experience will be considered.

This would suit someone who enjoys residential conveyancing but is ready for the next step, whether that's broadening their technical experience, taking on greater responsibility or working towards a future leadership position.
