Due to the restaurants continued popularity, they are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join the team. The restaurant is well established and over the years has been extremely successful in gaining many awards and accolades, which they are keen to maintain.

7 shifts a week, Sunday evening, Monday, Tuesday off plus a day off in the week

There is a brigade of 12 chefs preparing innovative, modern British and European cuisine to exacting standards.Everything is made in house using the finest fresh, seasonal produce and experience on all sections of the kitchen will be essential.Although they do have a dedicated team of Pastry Chefs in place baking the bread and creating stunning desserts.

The successful Chef de Partie will have plenty of opportunity to demonstrate their creative flair and be involved in the day to day running of the kitchen.There is a friendly and professional brigade of chefs already in place, so you will have plenty of support in your new role.
